For the handling of everyday business, customer management and supplier management, managing director Adrian Walliser decided to use the software solution WIN-Opto from the company COSMO Media GmbH.

WIN-Opto is a modern and professional software solution for opticians, which allows, among other things, to remind customers via SMS of appointments in advance or to notify, e.g. if the glasses are ready for collection.

Earlier, it happened all the time that customers missed appointments. Also, to reach customers by telephone is not always easy. Therefore Adrian Walliser takes special care, that the customers' mobile phone numbers are correctly asked and entered.
