Reduce fraud through one-time-passwords (OTPs), also called as 2-factor-authentication (mTAN / 2FA).
2FA has grown exponentially during last few years. It is widely acknowledged issue that a password is not anymore strong enough authentication method for business critical services like banking or healthcare services. Authentication can be verified with one-time-password, which is automatically sent to user’s phone with SMS, when he or she is logging to specific online service through open internet. The login security is then much stronger as it would be only with a password.
ASPSMS can be used as 2-factor authentication platform for sending those one-time-passwords.
